Должностные обязанности
Main responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, design and implement process improvement as the driver of OneHSBC pre-deployments across the region.

OneHSBC is the largest and most comprehensive organizational Change Program ever undertaken by the Bank – and possibly the most comprehensive ever attempted globally. The jobholder will have a direct and material influence on the success of this program within HSBC Russia.

• Lead the effort to centralize processing within Europe in a way that delivers economic benefits at a minimum level of 30%.

• Deliver step change in operational performance (e.g. cost, service levels) through programs that the COO commissions.

• Standardization of business models and processes across HSBC Russia.

• Overall oversight of planning and delivery of approved projects, project management and IT development resources. However business control of the budgets means the job holder has to support the Regional Business Heads in prioritizing scarce resources.

• Manage a variety of Governance forums, and undertake executive reporting. The job holder will have specific responsibility for driving financial cost savings through business areas’ plans.

Требуемые профессиональные качества и умения
Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications

• Master’s degree (e.g. MBA) in related field or Honours Degree

• Master Degree in Maths is a plus

• Experience in Operations, IT and project management. Experience of driving large-scale transformation programmes (IT and Business)

• Good working knowledge of functional area in an operational or project/consulting capacity

• Good working knowledge of group technology solutions and preferably direct implementation experience

• Ability to develop cohesive working relationships with business partners

• Ability to facilitate decision making through personal influence and excellent communication skills

• Ability to lead, develop and motivate programme managers and OPI team members
